Logos UPDATED!

The first is a denim company for young adult men with a comfortable income. A higher quality jean for a guy who can afford and enjoys fashion. Next is the Betta Bait and Tackle company for older men who enjoy being out doors and catching some fish. I wanted the logo to be bright and fun instead of your typical drowned out old man department isles. Voluptuary is a high-end purse company for those women who can never quite "have enough". If the want to feel like they're high on a pedestal, they should look it. With this sleek, clean logo of its own sophistication every woman can feel they've invested their best. Happy Loops is a Hula hoop company leaning towards young girls giving them a choice of unique, fun colors and designs. (I know a lot of you saw the previous face before it was finished, either way it never never sought to be creepy in my eyes one bit. I have 3 younger sisters all under the age of 16 so I know what still interest them. Any of them would take up a hulas hoop any day and get out and have fun. You can never be too old to have fun.)

  1. I will say the Hoops are for the little girls, Fishing are for the ole men, Jeans are for the young men and Purse for the women. Well done. The face on the hoops is a little scary for little girls, lettering real good. Love the fish lure.

  2. OK, I get it. Fishing is for geysers, hoop earrings for tweens, cool jeans for young guys. But "voluptuary" purses for 40-something women? This is either truly genius or highly suspect. So I looked it up:

    voluptuary |vəˈləpCHo͞oˌerē| noun
a person devoted to luxury and sensual pleasure.
    adjective
concerned with luxury and sensual pleasure:

Alright then, now I get it. Now THIS is the purse that the aforementioned church lady might be tempted to accessorize with. Very stylish, bordering on sinful. This contradicts my earlier comment . . . being stylish might indeed be sinful. LOL Well done!

I also like the split complementary color scheme of Betta and that ampersand hook is quite clever.

  3. Very good use of the negative space and the fish hook (&) is nicely done.

  4. I really like first, third and fourth logos. I think they are very effecting in representing what they were suppose to represent. The girls logo looks a little off to me. Maybe trying to find a bolder font would work better.

  5. I like all the color schemes you used. My favorite would have to be the minimalist Outsiders Jean Co. logo. That could looks like it could hit the market tomorrow. Happy Hoops is my least favorite, I think it is almost too young for and simple for tween girls. At that age they might think that looks childish and want to steer away from that. I have a soon to be 21 year old daughter and she has been twenty for since she was 12. If that makes any sense.

    1. I'm a believer in always having some child in you. I have 3 sisters under the age of 16, I know what it is like.

  6. The Happy Loops logo is a bit scary for kids, maybe less black in the mouth area. My favorite is Betta Bait & Tackle because of the hook on the ampersand. Good job!

    1. There is nothing scary about a happy smiley. If that is the case, people need to shelter their kids from the world less.

  8. All of these logos came out nice my two favorite are the jeans co. and the hula hoops. The hula hoops one especially looks exactly like something I would expect out of a hula hoop brand. I think maybe on the fishing one use some darker colors to make it seem more masculine to appeal to the older guys more. Nice job all around though!

  11. I like the jeans logo and the bait & tackle. I think the happy face is a little intense, I would suggest maybe making the mouth a little smaller.
