It looks really good, the only critique I have is that dissolve has 2 "s" in it.

The word is literally dissolving because we can't see it! It looks good :)
Oh man, this one is hard to read. The comp is way too simple to convey much of a message either. Definitely needs more planning and a better font!
I like the idea here very clever! I think maybe having the dissolve effect fade down through the word so that the first few letters are still readable. The effect that you created came out nice though it is just hard to read. nice work!
It's legible but almost TOO dissolved :) I do get what you trying to convey though. Maybe another color way would have helped.
