Cory Clark - Logos

For my logos I wanted to stick with common color groups based on age. For the Women, ages 40-49, income of $100,000-$124,999 I made the Schönheit (German for beautiful)  logo. I chose the gold color pallet because it is associated with wealth as well as grandeur. The sleek symmetrical line give balance and a sense of depth and the elegant font was adjusted using the transparency window to give it an engraved feel. For the en,  age: under 25, income of $25,000-$49,999 I made the Alt Tech (alternative technology) Logo using simple yet clean lines and a black, grey and white pallet for a neutral, professional appeal.

For the Men,  age: 70 plus, income of $50,000-$74,999 I made the light bulb /globe logo with mirrored G’s to symbolize a smart, global banking company. Again using gold for the sense of wealth.  Now for the Girls, ages 9-13 I did a sports wear logo using a cool color pallet with a splash of hot pink to ad contrast between the different strokes along the outline, I also used the stroke to give the graphic more of an aggressive  illustration feel. I applied these same effects to the font.

  1. I really enjoy your take on the global lighting/bank logo that you created, working for a lighting company that is the logo my eyes went to first (I guess i am a 70+ man) all joking aside, the clean looks of all your logos are really elegant and nice to look at

  4. I like these, it looks like you put a lot of work into them. If I had to make a suggestion, I would suggest trying to extend some more of the color thru the tips of the hair (in the girls logo).

  5. Alt Tech is my favorite of the bunch. Looks strong and direct. Great job on that one. Your attention to color schemes is great also.

  7. Top favorite is the spunk logo. its a simple shape of a person but the rough edges gives it really nice detail and looks really cool. Also the lightbulb is a smart play on the meaning. makes it look trustworthy with the logo of earth on it.

  8. All four are nice and clean I like how you put a drop shadow behind them all gives it that extra pop to it. I really enjoyed the spunk sportswear line you created. I feel like that is something I would see some girls gymnastics team wearing or something like that came out really nice with the colors you chose as well. Nice Job!

  10. I really like the sportswear logo the best. The product fits well with the age group, and the color scheme is subtle, yet still playful.
