For this project it was really fun to do and create my own logos. for girls ages 9-13 i did a Candy store named "Candy N Stuff". i thought it suited them the most out of the others. For women ages 40-49 I did the flower Shop called " Rosez Flowerz". For men under 25 i did the "Sound Downloder". And finally men over 70+ have the "Arrow Cars" logo as sports cars company.
I like the sports car logo and the candy n stuff! I think the line work in the sound downloader could maybe be a little thicker, and the flower looks a little strange with the black in the center, maybe fill it in with another color.

ReplyDeleteThese are all very good and well thought out. But I'm having just a little trouble with the black background. They all work on that background individually but together it become a little too much black.

Fav would have to be the Arrow Cars logo. I like the colors and i don't think it needs to have the background at all. I think the movement of the gradient in the circle and the arrow itself are perfect. The Sound Downloader logo might need to be reworked. Perhaps clean up the lines in the Sound section and make the lines brighter. Overall, great ideas and concepts.
ReplyDeleteNice use of the pen tool. but for the arrow you should make it longer and off center to make it easier to identify. For the flower i would have wrapped the text around in some way to give it a more a symmetric feel.
ReplyDeleteI like the font choice for "Rosez Flowerz" I think it's strong enough, that you don't even need any graphic to it. I also really like "Sound downloaded" logo
ReplyDeleteThe arrow logo came out nice looks like something I would see as a car emblem. Maybe making the whole logo silver would be cool to see so it looks like a chrome car emblem. The roses flowers logo is nice too has a nice womanly feel to it. nice work on those!
ReplyDeleteI like the design of the sound downloader. The letters start to blend in with the dark background, so either thicken them, or use a more contrasting font.
