I love this! I think it's a really cool design and it's really clever. I wear glasses so this totally relates to my life when I go to the doctor once a year for new lenses. Clever! I kind of wish it was just the classic black and white- but I don't think the colors take away from the intention of the design. Just my own personal pref.
I think this is really cool. Mainly because I wear glasses. Sitting on that chair and reading the letters with different lenses is my favorite part of getting my eyes checked every year. I also like how it's not white, you gave it some fun.
I really like this idea! I would suggest maybe trying it with the more traditional colors of an eye chart, staying primarily black and white (--with some red & green).

Love the idea but some of the letters are not level. Try using guides next time to keep the art work clean.
